The rebirth of the senses in the first "Negra Mariposa Experience"

El renacer de los sentidos en la primera "Negra Mariposa Experience"

On February 27, 2025, Barrio Estación was the setting for an evening where wine ceased to be merely a drink and became an artistic language. The Negra Mariposa Experience fulfilled its promise of "transforming wine into art," bringing together an exclusive group of people on a three-step sensory journey.

A tasting guided by excellence
The night began under the direction of sommelier Marina Petersen, who guided attendees through the brand's Insignia Collection. Between glasses of Sangiovese Rosé Dulce Natural 2023, Malbec Reserva 2021, Cabernet Franc Gran Reserva 2020, and Sauvignon Blanc 2023, participants learned to discover the secrets of the Mendocino terroir, supervised from Tandil.

The canvas and the glass
What made this edition unique was the intervention of artist Mar Morales. As the aromas of the wine filled the air, attendees were invited to pick up brushes and canvases to create their own works of art, inspired by the atmosphere of the night and the artist's guidance.

Signature pairing
The gastronomic proposal was designed to elevate each varietal:

  • Reception: A welcome with Sangiovese Rosé Dulce Natural 2023 and skewers of cold cuts and cheeses to open the palate.
  • Appetizer: Prosciutto and arugula bruschettas, followed by a chicken casserole.
  • Main Course: A hearty pulled pork (bondiola) with Malbec, paired with the intense notes of the house reds.
  • Dessert: Mini red fruit tarts and lemon pie, accompanied by the freshness of Sauvignon Blanc Dulce.

This event not only marked a milestone in the brand's positioning in Tandil, successfully meeting quarterly objectives, but also consolidated Negra Mariposa as a benchmark for boutique experiences that celebrate transformation and creativity.
