TASTING NOTES

Deep ruby ​​red color with violet reflections, bright and of good intensity.

Nose

Elegant and expressive, with notes of ripe black fruits - plums, blackberries that intertwine with subtle hints of vanilla, cocoa, leather and sweet spices, the result of its time in oak.

Mouth

A pleasant and enveloping entry. Medium to full-bodied, with round and well-integrated tannins. Its balanced acidity sustains a long finish.

• Variety: 100% Bonarda

• Aging Time: The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months

• Vineyards: Tres Porteñas, San Martín, Mendoza

• Winemaking: From a 25-year-old vine planted in mixed clay and sand soils, this Bonarda comes from a high-yielding vineyard (180 quintals/hectare). An initial 20% pressing was carried out at the beginning of pre-fermentation maceration, followed by carbonic fermentation and prolonged maceration with the skins to extract its maximum fruit and structural expression.
