On August 22, 2025, Tandil's Quincho Cultural became the epicenter of an experience where music, visual art, and the sophistication of wine merged into an unforgettable night. Under the premise of "transforming wine into art," Negra Mariposa presented an evening designed to stimulate all the senses.
Live Art and the Rhythm of the Night
The day featured two stellar performances that defined the identity of the event. On one hand, the music of Tres Bembe provided the ideal soundscape, elevating the atmosphere of the event. On the other hand, the presence of Cristian Hernán Vulcano, the self-taught Tandil artist behind Los Mirones, contributed the visual expression.
Attendees not only appreciated the fresh and improvised style of Cristian's works but also participated in a final raffle where one of the main prizes was precisely an original "Los Mirones" painting.
A Pairing Designed for Transformation
The gastronomic proposal was carefully selected to accompany the evolution of the night in defined steps:
- Welcome: Guests were welcomed with a refreshing wine summer (blend of wine, fruit juice, and ice) accompanied by skewers of soft cheeses and olives.
- Appetizer: Chicken and cream toasts were served (with a vegetarian option of eggplant and bell pepper), paired with the freshness of Sangiovese Rosé Dulce Natural.
- Main Course: The central culinary moment featured osso buco in red wine and braised lamb empanadas, whose structure was enhanced by the character of the Malbec Reserva 2021.
- Dessert: The evening culminated with mini sweets and fruit skewers, harmonized with the tropical notes of Sauvignon Blanc.
The Grand Finale
The closing of the event was marked by camaraderie and gratitude. In addition to music and art, a special raffle was held using a bag of corks, where lucky winners took home bottles of Malbec and Bonarda, tickets to see the band, and the aforementioned artwork by Cristian Vulcano.
