TASTING NOTES
Appearance
Deep red color, with violet flashes that anticipate its intensity.
Nose
Aromas of ripe black fruit in the foreground, subtle spices, and a smoky trace that gives it character. Expressive, direct, no detours.
Palate
On the palate, enveloping and firm. The fruit and black pepper set the pace, supported by tannins that structure without invading. There is balance, but also decision. The finish is persistent, warm, with a footprint that doesn't seek to please everyone, but to remain with those who understand it.
OPTIMAL TASTING
Temperature: Serve between 16-18°C (61-64°F)
Decanting: 25-35 minutes beforehand, to unfold its complexity.
Glassware: Large Bordeaux-style glass.
Pairing: Red meats, lamb, smoked foods, and aged cheeses.
Storage: Store horizontally at a constant temperature between 13-16°C (55-61°F)
