Frequently asked questions

Where is your store located?

We currently do not have our own physical point of sale. Our products can be found in regional stores, wine shops, and restaurants in Tandil and the surrounding area.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our wines are produced and bottled in Mendoza with grapes sourced from various growers. We carefully select our partners in the winemaking process to ensure high quality and a fair price.

When will I receive my order?

We will work to ship your order as soon as possible. Once shipped, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

For shipments agreed upon within a city with local distribution, shipments will be within 48 business hours from the time of purchase.

For shipments with external distribution, we guarantee dispatch within 48 business hours from the time of purchase. After that, it will depend on the logistics company.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before completing your purchase.

What is your returns policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you're not, you can write us an email from the contact page or via WhatsApp, and we will do everything possible to resolve it.
