Winemaking: From a 25-year-old vineyard planted in mixed clay and sand soils. An initial 20% draining was carried out at the beginning of a pre-fermentation maceration, followed by carbonic fermentation and prolonged maceration with the skins, to extract its maximum fruity and structural expression.
