Visual:
It displays an attractive deep ruby ​​red color with violet reflections, denoting its youth and vitality. The tears are dense and persistent, indicating a remarkable concentration and a good alcohol level.

Nose:
On the nose, it offers a complex and elegant expression. Intense notes of ripe red and black fruits, such as plums, blackberries, and black cherries, are perceived, accompanied by characteristic floral aromas of violets. Aging in oak barrels contributes subtle nuances of vanilla, cocoa, tobacco, and a spicy touch of black pepper. Balsamic notes and a slight minerality, evoking the freshness of the high-altitude terroir, are also present.

Mouth:
On the palate, it is a structured wine with silky, rounded tannins that coat the mouth. Balanced acidity provides freshness, while well-integrated alcohol supports the full body. The flavors echo the ripe fruit perceived on the nose, with a long, lingering finish that leaves hints of dark chocolate, sweet spices, and a subtle touch of graphite, typical of the region's calcareous soils.

Pairing:
Ideal for pairing with roasted red meats, roast lamb, pasta with rich sauces, or hard cheeses like Parmigiano. It's also an excellent wine for quiet contemplation, to be enjoyed in good company.

Serving Temperature:
16-18°C. It is recommended to decant for 25-45 minutes before serving to appreciate all its complexity.

Storage Potential:
It can be enjoyed now, but it has an aging potential of 8-10 years, during which it will evolve towards more tertiary notes and greater integration.
